Another Sunday full of much learning, discipline, courage, dedication and perseverance.

We love to live these moments where every Sunday that we see each other is a great joy for everyone, we can talk, improve each movement and posture, get rid of any doubts and concerns, only then can we continue to advance and improve.

Today was a very special day because apart from training we were able to celebrate with a small snack to all our children, celebrating Children’s Day always counting on the unconditional support of all the parents, we had a great time and most importantly that they had fun eating, even us adults, that’s the beauty of Taekwon-Do, the unity, affection and respect that we all learn to have with each other.

Thank you, Familia América, because none of this was possible without the help of God, your commitment and support for your children and us as a school.

A Technical Seminar hosted by TAO Argentina and conducted by Sabum-Nim Chaviel Alejandro and Sabum-Nim Sánchez Diego covered different technical aspects of fundamental movements and exercise. We appreciate the participation of all those present and especially for ITF TAO URUGUAY who, thanks to technology, was able to attend virtually.

On July 31, 2021, Lightning ITF Taekwon-Do in Calgary, Alberta had the honor of hosting their first advanced belt pattern seminar.  This is something they had been wanting to do since opening the school a year ago, but unfortunately Covid had other plans.  It was amazing to have students from both Mr. Howes’ Cardston Taekwon-Do and Lightning ITF Taekwon-Do attend! This seminar was intended for anybody of the rank of Blue Belt or higher.  In all, 13 people attended, including Mr. Chris Howes, VI Dan.  Mr. Howes was assisted by Mrs. Sonya Howes, V Dan.
