On Saturday April 21st, Oakridge Taekwon-Do played host to their 11th Annual Technical Seminar at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. There were 61 Instructors and students from London, Oakville and Ottawa in attendance. Conducted by TAO Technical Director, Mike Morningstar, the seminar began with an intensive warm-up and moved right into basic movements, patterns and kicking drills. The training was 5 hours in length, the first 3 hours for color belts and the last 2 hours for black belts. Due to the intense ice storm that hit Southern Ontario throughout the day the seminar was cut short to allow everyone a safe drive home.
