The 6th annual Battle of the Brave tournament was held in Newfoundland, Canada. Students, parents, volunteers, spectators, from Round 13 Athletics, Cabot Taekwon-Do and Terra Nova Taekwon-Do came together to make this event possible. The level of competition was unbelievable with competitors ranging from ages 6 to 50+ putting on a Martial Arts display that was exciting to watch. Gold, silver, or bronze is just a small part of what an athlete takes away from a tournament. Overcoming self doubt, building friendships, building confidence,and putting yourself out there are all victories towards growing as a Martial Artist. Congratulations to all!
