We would like to welcome Mr. Rick Winsor and the students of Cabot Taekwon-Do in Newfoundland as the latest members of TAO.  Mr. Winsor is the head instructor of Cabot Taekwon-Do and is currently an ITF 4th Dan. We look forward to working with Mr. Winsor in promoting the Taekwon-Do of General Choi Hong Hi.
