On Saturday February 1, 2020 students from seven Dojangs across Ontario gathered in London, Ontario for the 1st ITF-TAO Canada Annual Technical Seminar. Event host Mrs. Cathy Hadubiak did a fantastic job as usual organizing the event. The 8-hour training session included patterns from Chon-Ji to Tong-Il, kicking drills, basic movements and physical conditioning. Thank you to those who supported.
